Organization for Elangai Refugees Rehabilitation or OfERR (Ceylon) is a people’s organization formed by the refugees of Sri Lanka working for refugee rehabilitation. OfERR (Ceylon) commits to the refugee returnees from India and the Internally Displaced Persons of Sri Lanka to adapt to the change and loneliness in their own Nation and extends its aid in various interconnected spheres such as relief, Rehabilitation, reconciliation of the affected, development, gender equity and equality, health (HIV/AIDS), human dignity and protection, Conflict Transformation, Peace Building and Disaster Risk Reduction activities with the involvement of the community, drawing the returnees/people’s attention towards Nation Re-Building.
